By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale and any other provisions specified by Rogue Leisure (“Escape Room Owner”) from time to time.
Rogue Leisure, its agents, or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused while on the premises or any location related to Rogue Leisure (“Site”). Rogue Leisure shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including (without limitation) cancellation or postponement of any game or event.
Booking fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Any refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Rogue Leisure management. Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions.
General
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
All trademarks, logos, and branding displayed on the website or within the Site are the property of Rogue Leisure. Use of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.
Rogue Leisure collects and stores personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and does not disclose personal data to third parties without lawful basis.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Rogue Leisure has no control over the operation or content of such websites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Leisure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Rogue Leisure does not guarantee that any product, content, or material provided is error-free, complete, accurate, or current. Where any product or content is not as described, you expressly waive any right to claim damages or losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
On-Site & Game Play
Games are designed for teams of 2–10 players per room unless otherwise stated.
By making a booking, you agree to participate in Rogue Leisure activities entirely at your own risk. You also agree not to disclose any details of the games, puzzles, or solutions to the public.
You agree to behave in accordance with the instructions, rules, and guidance provided by Rogue Leisure staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Site without refund.
Rogue Leisure reserves the right to charge for any damage caused intentionally or through misuse of equipment or property.
All personal belongings are brought onto the Site at your own risk. Rogue Leisure accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at any time while on or off the premises.
Bookings
Only individuals aged 18 or over may make a booking.
Prices are displayed on the website or available on request and may be amended at any time without prior notice.
Game pricing is based on group size.
Bookings must be made online unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Telephone bookings (if accepted) require immediate payment.
All bookings are final. Amendments or alterations are at the sole discretion of Rogue Leisure management.
Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per transaction. Rogue Leisure reserves the right to refuse any offer where misuse is suspected.
Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. Any ticket transferred or resold in breach of this condition will be rendered invalid.
Safety
You must not enter the Site under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Rogue Leisure reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated.
Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times.
Rogue Leisure operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, harassment, or abuse of staff or other guests.
No food or drink is permitted within the escape rooms.
Video & Photographic Materials
Video and audio recording equipment may be used within game rooms for safety and operational purposes only.
From time to time, Rogue Leisure may request permission to use recordings or images for promotional purposes. Such use will only occur with prior consent from all individuals involved.
Team photographs may be taken during or after your experience. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, unless you advise otherwise. Where used, Rogue Leisure will make reasonable efforts to avoid identifying individuals by name.
You may not record, photograph, film, or capture audio at any time on the Site without explicit permission. Any unauthorised recordings may be deleted, retained, or transferred by Rogue Leisure, and copyright in such recordings shall be deemed granted to Rogue Leisure.
